Order by 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) for delivery of your order the next working day.

* Excludes Fresh Green Coconuts as these are sent from the next fresh batch as they arrive, usually every 3-7 days.

Highlands and Islands: Deliveries to remote locations (including highland or island addresses) may take 2 days longer.

All stock is held at our Dewsbury warehouse in West Yorkshire and is dispatched on a daily basis. We do not use drop-shipping or overseas services.

Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
iii) If you have ordered an item which is out of stock it will be delivered once new stock arrives at our warehouse.

In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter. Any items out of stock will be notified within 3 days and an alternative or full refund offered.

We are only able to deliver to the billing address of the credit or debit card.

UK mainland deliveries only. Coconutty.co.uk serves the UK only. We can put you in touch with Coconut specialists in France and Austria if you are in Europe.

Cancellation:

You can cancel or amend any order placed with Coconutty.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. You will need to return the order to Coconutty for a refund. Please see Returns. Coconutty Ltd reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.

Non-receipt of your order:

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse after you have placed your order (excluding fresh green coconuts which are dispatched from the next batch to arrive). If we are out of stock of any items you ordered we will contact you within 24 hours to advise approximate waiting time or offer an alternative.

If you have not received your order please notify us within 14 days so that a claim can be made from the courier. The courier will not normally consider a claim after 14 days. In most circumstances the package may have been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery depot if there was no answer at the time of delivery.
