You can cancel or amend any order placed with us, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. The order can be returned to the address below for a refund. Coconutty reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.
Your order can be cancelled and monies refunded in full, by emailing email@example.com or writing to the address below, within 14 days after the day on which the goods were received. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been tampered with or damaged please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This must be done as soon as possible if you wish to make a claim. When returning an item, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Non-receipt of your order:
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse after you have placed your order (excluding fresh green coconuts which are dispatched from the next batch to arrive). If we are out of stock of any items you ordered we will contact you within 24 hours to advise approximate waiting time or offer an alternative.
If you have not received your order please notify us within 14 days so that a claim can be made from the courier. The courier will not normally consider a claim after 14 days. In most circumstances the package may have been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery depot if there was no answer at the time of delivery.Thank you for your custom.
