You can cancel or amend any order placed with us, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. The order can be returned to the address below for a refund. Coconutty reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.
Your order can be cancelled and monies refunded in full, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or writing to the address below, within seven working days after the day on which the goods were received. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been tampered with or damaged please notify us at email@example.com. This must be done within 7 days of receipt if you wish to make a claim. When returning an item, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
