Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience which is why we have a 'no quibble' guarantee. Goods purchased can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If your order doesn't meet your expectations please contact us straight away and we will do everything possible to put things right.

Cancellation

You can cancel or amend any order placed with Coconutty.co.uk, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order you want to cancel has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order is delivered to you before you can cancel the order. You can then return the order to Coconutty for a refund. Your order can be returned to the address below for a refund. Coconutty Ltd. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at its discretion.

Your order can be cancelled and monies refunded in full, by emailing info@coconutty.co.uk or writing to the address below, within 14 days after the day on which the goods were received. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase.

Returns

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been tampered with or damaged please notify us at info@coconutty.co.uk. This must be done as soon as possible if you wish to make a claim. When returning an item, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

Please follow these simple steps when returning an item

- Your full name
- Full address
- Reason for return
Then post the item to the following address: Coconutty, 26 Cambrian Bar, Bradford BD12 0EB.

Non-receipt of your order:

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse after you have placed your order (excluding fresh green coconuts which are dispatched from the next import 5-10 days). If we are out of stock of any items you ordered we will contact you within 24 hours to advise approximate waiting time or offer an alternative or refund.

If you have not received your order please notify us within 14 days so that a claim can be made from the courier. The courier will not normally consider a claim after 14 days. In most circumstances the package may have been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery depot or post office if there was no answer at the time of delivery.

Compensation for late delivery:

We want to get your order delivered to you on time, every time, which is why we use only Parcelforce, Royal Mail and our own zero-emissions delivery service. We will refund any delivery cost you have paid (over and above the 'super-saver delivery' option) if a delivery attempt has not been made within the specified duration of your chosen delivery option which you selected at checkout. (This excludes orders containing fresh green coconuts as these are sent from the next shipment arriving into UK after your order is placed which takes a few days longer - please see this item's product page for details.) We will not be liable for loss caused by courier delays beyond our control and we advise that customers do not take time off work or other commitments to wait in for delivery but instead specify an alternative delivery address or 'safe place' when placing an order. Please note that dispatch happens on working days only (Monday to Friday), therefore orders placed after 1pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
