Daily drinking vinegar shot - dilute with pure water to taste and add coconut sugar to sweeten as required. (Coconut vinegar is naturally sweeter than apple cider vinegar.) If you're feeling adventurous you can add a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, ginger or cayenne to spice things up even further.
Creamy salad dressing: Blend 30ml Coconut Vinegar, one desert-spoon of Dijon mustard and half an avocado.
Gourmet ingredient: blend with spices, oils and make raw dishes, dips, sauces, soups, stir-frys, etc
Move Over Apple Cider Vinegar
